Description:
PENDER CONSTRUCTION Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to contribute to the aesthetic quality of our construction and renovation projects. This role involves meticulously preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, patching, and priming, and then applying paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior walls, trim, doors, and other surfaces. The Painter will be responsible for selecting and mixing colors accurately, using various application methods (brushes, rollers, sprayers), and ensuring a clean, professional, and durable finish. Experience with different types of paints, stains, and finishes is required, along. The ability to work safely at heights and maintain a clean work environment is essential.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience. Strong knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and application methods. Proficiency in surface preparation techniques. Ability to accurately match and mix colors. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work safely, including using ladders and scaffolding.
