PENDER CONSTRUCTION Inc is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to handle the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems for our new construction and renovation projects. This role requires expertise in working with various types of piping materials (copper, PVC, PEX), installing fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers), connecting appliances, and setting up drain and waste systems. The Plumber will be responsible for accurately interpreting plumbing schematics, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently, and ensuring all work meets plumbing codes and quality standards. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to providing high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience. Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. The ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills for plumbing issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
